Madrid, Spain (November 9, 2005) - Atalum Wireless S.A., a pioneer in enabling smart environments with its ZigBee-based, wireless GREENsuite product family, and Daintree Networks, a leading provider of design verification and operational support tools for wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee and IEEE 802.15.4, today announced they will be including Daintree's Sensor Network Analysis software Basic Edition in Atalum's ZigBee Starter Kits. Atalum gives OEMs & ICs the essential tools to easily set-up and configure its ZigBee networks and monitor their performance.
Daintree's ZigBee network analyzer measures network, device and route performance. It cross-references visual, measurement and packet views for rapid troubleshooting. Users can also decrypt secure packets in any view. Daintree's tool can be used to not only observe the performance of Atalum's own ZigBee implementation and sample applications but also any applications clients develop with Atalum's easy to use API.
